Black Women Do VBAC: C-Section/VBAC Doula Training

A Virtual 6 hour training that is facilitated either 1 or 2 days on C-Section birth and VBAC birth for Doula support. My VBAC class is designed to provide women who have had a previous cesarean section with the knowledge and support they need to have a successful VBAC birth. The virtual six-hour training is facilitated over one or two days and covers topics such as the benefits and risks of VBAC, the physiological process of birth, and strategies for coping with labor. I'll also discuss how to communicate with your care provider and advocate for your birth preferences.
